Many techniques are available to help you learn to relax more. The benefits are substanial not only to you but to your family and those in your environemtn. When your thoughts and behaviour changes so do the thoughts behaviour and attitude of those around you change. Take the first necessary step for a "free" initial chat. The "Happy Chemical-fFee Drug". Research has proven that people who use meditation and the accompanying breathing and stretching exercises are more likely to be in leadership positions in the work force. These exercises naturally increase serotonin to the brain. There is a substantial body of research showing that meditation leads to increased job satisfaction, improved problem solving skills, better academic performance and improved interpersonal skill - all highly valued leadership attributes. (Dr. Ron Cacioppe, Curtin University). Relaxation is essential to good health. It helps prevent and reverse some of the damage caused by our pressure-filled lives. Anyone can learn to relax, and I will help you to find the method most appropriate for you. Most accept that the mind controls the body in any given healthy mind and body system. I believe the bridge between the mind and body is breathing. When we are relaxed our body performs at its best. Areas of benefit are in every aspect of one's life ranging from quality family time, to improving study results, and to career enhancement. When their minds are focused and their muscles relaxed, athletes run faster, swim faster or excel more at whatever their chosen field of sport. In short, our overall performance is enhanced by the most simplistic natural function.
All of the above techniques are concluded with a brief energy massage. Benefits: The massaging of specific acupuncture points clears blockages in the body.
